We are very confident in the quality of foam, craftsmanship, and due diligence that went into creating our products. However, we want you to get the rehabilitative, healthy sleep you deserve, and should you find you’re not satisfied:

Sleep Scolars offers a 90-day worry-free sleep trial on all mattresses, toppers, and pillows. Originally, our policy was a 30-day in home sleep trial, but we changed it when we found that those who were dissatisfied realized so within the first 15-25 days of use. We realize a mattress is a generally a large and long-term purchase, so we extended the trial period a full 2 months to 90 days to allow our customers to be absolutely confident in their decision. The free trial does not apply to foundations, covers, bed frames, massage features, sheet sets, or other add-ons as they are more personal products.

The free trial begins the date of purchase. A return may be made for any reason and refund will be given considering the following criteria are met: a) mattress, topper, or pillow is not damaged beyond normal wear and tear expectations, 2) product is not stained, 3) mattress, topper, or pillow is returned to Sleep Scholars before 90-day trial expires. Refund will be issued within 10 business days of Sleep Scholars receiving and inspecting the product, minus the original shipping expense.

Since we use Fedex, it is your responsibility to cover all return packaging and shipping costs should you be dissatisfied. If a product arrives damaged, please call us immediately so you will not be held liable. If you refuse delivery, you will be held liable for the shipment costs associated with the order. Warranty

Our manufacturer offers a simple, straightforward non-prorated 10-year warranty on the IQ Bed. This 10-year warranty covers any issues that may result from normal wear and tear only. Any depression in the IQ Bed or memory foam topper that is greater than ½”, they will replace or repair at their option. Should a replacement be required, the manufacturer will substitute materials of equal or higher quality. The warranty period begins at the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product.

This 10 year warranty does not cover: a) depressions less than ½,” b) the fabric mattress cover, c) return and reshipment costs d) damaged or stained mattresses, e) when used on an inappropriate foundation and/or boxpring. The manufacturer has the right to refuse service should any of these conditions be present.
